Red Velvet Cookies

Sebenernya bukan tipe yang merayakan Valentine’s Day sama Pacar. hari itu cuma makan di luar trus pulang lagi. tapi ternyata sampe rumah masih dapat mawar putih sama coklat, jadi kayaknya aku gak boleh kelewatan ngasih yang Pacar suka.

Dari dulu aku sering buatin Cookies buat kalau Pacar ngemil di rumah sambil main game. cuma karena kesibukan (halah), jadi gak pernah lagi. Jadi kayaknya Red Velvet Cookies cocok nih untuk moment ini.

Resepnya aku dapat dari SINI, cuma gak pakai royal icing di atasnya karena Pacar suka Cookies tanpa icing. jadi aku cetak kalimat saja di atasnya πŸ™‚ Pacar suka banget, manis, renyah dan warnanya gak biasa hehe.

Ini resepnya, tapi Cookiesnya saja ya.
RED VELVET CUTOUT COOKIES
Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1Β½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 tablespoon red velvet emulsion
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • ΒΌ cup melted chocolate chips (Ghirardelli 60% cacao) (aku gak pakai –Asti)
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon dry buttermilk (aku pakai susu bubuk –Asti)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, mix in red velvet emulsion,vanilla, cocoa, and melted chocolate.
  2. Blend in flour baking powder, dry buttermilk, and salt.
  3. Mix until dough pulls away from paddle and begins to form ball.
  4. Roll out on floured surface. Cut into desired shape with cookie cutter. Bake on Parchment lined baking sheet at 400 degrees for 7-9 minutes.
